Kea Riley

Kea Riley was introduced to Crossfit in 2011 while watching the televised Crossfit Games during maternity leave with her youngest son. From that moment, she knew she had to give it a try. Kea became a Crossfitter in 2012 and finished in 54th place of the North Central Region Master’s Division of the 2016 Crossfit Open.

Kea competed in several high school sports including cheerleading, softball and track. However, it wasn’t until starting Crossfit that she realized her full competitive spirit. She attributes Crossfit to her willingness to test her fitness in other sports and her passion for empowering others to achieve their athletic and fitness goals.

She received a degree in Communication from Mississippi College and her Juris Doctor from the UMKC School of Law. Kea is the mother of 4 children (including 1 former foreign exchange student) and has introduced them all to Crossfit.
