Nathan Pietz

Nathan started CrossFit in the beginning of 2016, with the goal of increasing his wellness. Leaping in with both feet, he soon became one of our regular attenders, showing up early, and staying late to learn as much as he could and improve as quickly as possible. As he learned our program, he discovered his passion for bettering himself grew into empowering those around him to be the fittest versions of themselves, and in the fall of 2017 received his CFL1 certification.
He seeks out areas of opportunity, and encourages every class to pick one or two things to improve on each session. Sometimes that means holding on for one more rep in a metcon. Sometimes it means checking ego at the door and drilling basics, and tweaking form. Sometimes its a new personal best.
