Nathan has always loved being extremely active in his daily life. He played baseball, basketball, golf and ran track throughout his schooling. He has always loved the competitive side of sports and that’s what drew his attention to CrossFit in 2013. He was immediately addicted to the sport, to pushing the limits and to challenging his goals on a daily basis. CrossFit has become such a huge factor in his life that it has produced new positive habits, which have benefited him both in nutrition and in personal health.

As he became more involved with CrossFit, he found he enjoyed helping others on the team and sharing his knowledge and experience. He enjoyed it so much that it led him to pursue getting CrossFit Level 1 certified and start actively training clients. His goal is to share Do Work – Lees Summit CrossFit with as many people as possible and through his training, help people not only meet their goals but exceed them, always pushing them forward and upward.
